Hi all I'm new here but not new to working on vehicles in general. I am by no means a mechanic, but have done most all the work on every vehicle I've ever owned, except and oil change for some reason I've never done an oil change before... I've also never had to work on my 2015 Toyota Tacoma until now. Now I'm experiencing a problem I've never dealt with before, so here I am in the Tacoma world... I'm going to search and hope somebody can help me with my issue and maybe in the future I can help someone else as well. Thank you for having me I look forward to much knowledge...

Hi all thank you it's good to be here although wish it were under different circumstances... She has 144,454 Miles and I'm the second owner, I bought her in 2022.
My problem: I drove a block or two last night without the IG1 No.2, 10A (#7 inside) fuse, now I'm experiencing a rough idle, a significant reduction in power and acceleration causes hesitation, like it's not getting enough fule.

I'm not even sure how to turn this into a question or to search the forums... Every way I ask in Google it tells me to replace the fuse and all the stuff I need to do to find out why it keeps blowing but the fuse never blew the fuse was fine he just forgot to put it back in. So now I don't know if it's the computer is confused still from the fuse being out and giving it the wrong fuel ratio? We did disconnect the battery for about 2 hours last night trying to reset the computer, but that didn't work, left it alone last night came out just now and tried again and it's still a really rough idle I have not driven it I don't want to... I did have a friend say there might be air in the line but I'm not sure how that would happen exactly I guess if the ratio is wrong too much air not enough fule and now there's air in the line I don't know...

Check engine light is solid when I start it untill the engine "settles down" then it blinks, the "Trac Off" light is also on.

Blinking Check engine light means it's misfiring.
Don't continue to drive it that way. It can damage the convertors.

You need to scan it for codes.

I just assumed since removing the fuse what caused all the issue that putting it back in would fix all the issues... I didn't think I drove it enough to cause any major problems, it was not even a half mile,

    It will be fine.
You don't want to drive for long periods with it flashing.
    Like 15-20 mins or longer.

Clearing the error code to fix a problem? Technology isn't there yet. Start simple check: spark plugs, coils, wires. Later: injectors.

If you clear the codes, it will only make it harder for us to help you.
We need to know the codes. All of the codes.
Also, clearing the codes will not fix any problems.

I'm going to guess you have a P030x code.
But you may have others too. We need to know all the codes.
