Evening all:

Darn Mark, that sausage looks SOOO good , we could have a smorgasbord with everything that you guys are making.
I almost never buy store sausage, if I get hungry for it there are a couple of butchers around who make decent sausage. My favorite is venison sausage that I have a local guy that I know make, only problem is that we didn't get any deer last year to get it made.
Just thinking, wonder how groundhog sausage would taste if we don't get any venison!

We.do venison sausage. My son works for local roads dept and I'll get a call for fresh roadkill once in a while.

 

I think I’ll get plenty venison this year.

 

Man, thats one of my favorite meals. Put those babies in a slow cooker with tomato sauce, peppers and onion and cook till the skins are soft, nothing better!

Picked up a Vac Seal last summer. Seals meal a like a champ to reheat the meals in a Sous Vide. Sausage looks yummy.

Good morning. Rained like crazy from 11 till 2 yesterday. Still it was a great day. Went to the farmers market then to a meat store. Out to lunch with the wife and son. Cooked dinner for the family and topped the day off with a game of Golf, the card game.
Us Vietnam vets are still in love with this lady.
