So for reference I have a 2023 SR5 double cab 4x4 tacoma, I recently installed bilstein shocks with the 4th setting 1.5inches set, with stock OEM coils, and then a 1inch eibach rear block, this made the truck sit perfectly level and have a much needed lift, long story short i want more lift, prefer to have maybe more like 2.5 in the front and maybe replace the leaf pack with the OME EL111r i believe it is (light load) as i never carry any weight and want to keep ride quality, then was thinking of which OME coils to run of the front, 884, 885, 886?? I just need a point in the right direction. I also need to know if this will warrant replacement of upper control arms etc. End goal is 2.5 front, 2inch rear lift, make truck look badass. Simple. Current is just a budget setup, but want something more ride quality friendly and better setup. Take in mind I will NOT consider any other shocks as I have only 1,000 miles roughly on these new 5100s so it would be to simply upgrade around it for lift and comfort. Thanks for any input I may receive, I come here due to google and forums being so conflicting I need some solid advice with actual lift specs etc. it's genuinely driving me nuts lmao

now if that's the case, and i upgrade do you rec I just buy the kit? including the arms and all? I can do that from shock surplus, I do mostly daily driving so I was hoping to rock the 5100s as they're valves for that, but I've also been told that the 8112s are a worthy investment but seems overkill. I just wanna make sure the 6112s aren't overkill for my needs either. Current setup just isn't enough lift and it's a bit rough in the rear bc of the block. Thanks again for the input!

Why do you need more lift?
Here are specs for OME coils.
I have 885s with aal in the back.
If more lift is a must, your options are 887, 888

I'm no expert, but I would imagine adding the extra height without weight (steel bumper etc...) wouldn't be very comfy, going with the 887 or 888 coils.

Yeah more lift (more than 2") and "ride quality friendly and better setup" do not go together unless you also put a drop-down bracket kit on there (in which case 4-6" is possible).

Otherwise I suggest no more than the 885 coils and whichever clip will get you to 2" lift.

Also, the rear being rough isn't the fault of small 1" blocks, that's just simply how pickup trucks are with no weight in the bed (they're designed to carry weight). Some have said the rear 5100s are rougher compared to 5160, so that may be part of it... Swapping the springs could help too, but regardless it will always be rougher with no weight back there than if you have, say, some sandbags, etc. in the bed.
