    On another note.
Truck racer, Stewart Friesen, (52), took one hell of a hit in a dirt race north of the border tonight. Hope he is ok.
He has been kicking butt in the Dirt Series.
He has a ain in the Truck series this year. Michigan.

If you haven't seen this Wreck, You need to go watch it, He Caught some Big Time Air and came down on fire and then got hit. He was alert and communicating with the Officials before he was transported for further evaluation.

I think y'all might have an affection for Bubba.

It's a matter of perception. I don't see the malevolence in his words or actions. I see a young guy putting words to all the emotions and pressure of being a young, married father with an intense pair of bosses in a sport where his every word & action is in the spotlight. That's incredible pressure.

I reflect on the pressures I faced at that age as a new dad struggling in my career, and they were a heavy burden. I sought counseling to deal with the stress, and it was beneficial. Bubba is doing much better than Chandler Smith at being a husband and a father. Bubba can run his mouth all he wants as long as he's fulfilling those two responsibilities.

He's not a driver I pull for on the track, but he's certainly a person I can pull for in life. He reminds me of the student athletes I've taught in my Sunday School class, and he seems to have his head on his shoulders better than some student athletes I've taught and coached, and I've dealt with UGA football players!

Looks like a fractured pelvis and right leg (requiring surgery), according to his wife.

1 race suspension for Austin Hill. His owner RC looked like a dick all week defending the stupid move.
