Hey All. New member in the Wilmington, NC area.
    2014 TRDSport Access Cab

    Airbag/seatbelt light stays on.

I removed both front seats to remove and replace the OE seat covers. This required disconnecting the wires under each seat.
Reinstalled both seats and reconnected the wires until fully seated/clicked in.
Air bag and seat belt light stays on.
I have tried the disconnect the battery trick, leaving disconnected for maybe 30 minutes.
Even tried driving 30 miles or so.
Went to auto parts retailer to check codes and airbags passed, no faults.

    What else can I try?

    Thx

A post in the 2nd gen forum, which is what your truck is, would likely get you more assistance.

If you didn't disconnect the battery prior to unplugging / re plugging the connectors, checking fuses is next.

It's unlikely that the ODBii code reader at the auto parts store can read the SRS (supplemental restraint system). I tried the same thing and most of their readers can't perform that function. Kind of stands to reason too because someone could reset some SRS code that needs to be addressed and put the car's owner at risk of an SRS failure, so the big stores probably won't allow that.

It's possible that the SRS ECU will reset the light over a few miles driven but if not you may have to find a local shop that has a more robust reader. I found one who was willing look at mine for $25. He didn't sound super confident that his reader could reset but it could read the SRS codes.
