Yeah... I was hoping to just snag one from someone nearby. I'll probably just park the truck in its normal spot against the wall and then start the oil change and just walk away when it starts draining. Pick up a washer tomorrow and then finish tomorrow night.
I don't even want to start with O'Reilly's. Is it auto or manual. What year is it? What color is it? How many doors? Do you have tires?

Shouldn’t that be named “Damn Moosequitos?”

Also, is that the same meadow we camped at a few years ago when Young Brett dissed us and dipped out?

I don't know if it's like this everywhere, but I've found the folks at the O'Reiley's here to be knowledgeable and helpful, moreso than at the nearby Advanced Auto or AutoZone.

I can't fault the folks at the store for the silly lookup process, it's just the way things are organized in the computer, and like you say, you only have to go through that interrogation if you aren't able or willing find the part on your own.

I was an assistant manager at oriellys for almost 6 years lol. It supported me through college and a little bit through the start of my career.

There are folks who know what and how to do what they're suppose to there. But the minimum wage employees they hire is often the reason people gripe. Because you end up having minimum wage conversations lol

If you've got good parts people at a store, im not knocking it. Buy them a beer at some point, because that job f*ing blows.

Too late. You gotta treat the soil in early spring (i think) before they appear to kill the larvae.
All those rose smell traps will just bring all the guys to the yard for your milkshake.

Won't even matter unless your neighbors treat their lawns too. I nuke my property in fall and spring and into summer and still get mass swarms of the beetles. There's no winning.

Anyone had success with bring their white 3 gen in for the Customer Support Program 23TE08? I've taken it in to Groove, Stevinson Toyota West, and AutoNation Arapahoe. Groove & AutoNation Arapahoe won't even conduct the inspection and Stevinson says they can do it, but that the entire process take ~8 months since you have to go through a 3rd party body shop for the repainting.

Venting, but it's really frustrating that this process isn't more streamlined and that all the dealer's service schedulers say they can do it and then when you arrive the service advisors tell a different story. Not to mention that a dealer can simply say "yeah we don't do that" to a corporate customer service program. Bad look for Toyota & those dealers.

Is that 8 months of annoying waiting or do you not have the vehicle that whole time?

If it is the annoyance, then decide to go through with it or sell it now.

If it’s 8 months without the truck, do you get a loaner?

Its 8 months of annoying waiting, not time that they have to keep the truck. Basically from inspection by dealer, to approval by Toyota corporate, to quote from 3rd party paint shop, presumably second approval from toyota on that quoted cost, and then actually getting it in for paint.

Definitely not interested in selling the truck... I'm just looking for specific input from someone who had success w/ getting the CSP completed.

Looking for someone with the capabilities to drop my gas tank to replace a fuel pump. Called a few shops and get the " we will not install customer parts" quotes. Due to the amount of work right now I do not have the time to do the job. I work nights so if anyone can lead me in the right direction please text Stu @ 303-505-5512, or respond here! Thanks in advance. I have another vehicle so I am not in a huge hurry, but the next month I have very limited days to do this job and would prefer to find a someone with a lift. Also get out on the trails with what little free time that I have. Thanks in advance.

Anyone going to/from the GJ area to the front range-ish area anytime in the next month or two for a little TW express?
