My Meso dome light is in the mail, but the map lights don't appear to be currently available. I do want the map lights so I will keep a watchful eye.

I got the done, was signed up in 2 different emails about the map lights and never got the email. Pissed to say the least!! The dome is crazy bright and actually might not need the maps now with how bright the dome is, time will tell. These are in my 25 tundra.

The map lights have been restocked like a couple of days ago. I ordered one and just waiting for time to install it.

edit: oh wow went to their website and it shows sold out again. They just restocked them Tuesday.

good news is Tacoma lifestyle has 20 in stock at the same price.

OP did you have to drill holes in the overhead center console for the map light wires to fit through like most youtube instructions suggest?

Well I got around to installing it and guess what I got a defective unit. After drilling holes and installing the map lights I get a communication module failure detected and the lights did not turn on. Sunroof or the rear window did not work. I even disconnected the negative terminal of 12 v battery and reconnected it and it didn’t do anything. Removed the overhead console and uninstalled the Meso lights and then reinstalled the factory lights and everything works again. I contacted Meso for a return/refund. I guess I need to order a new one from Tacoma lifestyle now.
