facebook marketplace find. Picked it up today. 3 1/2 hour drive, but a great price in todays market. $800 Just have to clean it up inside, been sitting in a barn for over a year, gathering dust. a little work and it will look brand new.

Don't bother buying any Lottery tickets. You used up all your luck with that find.

That is a rare color here in SoCal and used shells are even rarer. It also seems 6' beds are getting rare also.

Recently installed front runner system on my camper shell.

Picked up a brand new in the box system for $300 on marketplace.

    1) Snug top Hi-Rise. Craigslist find for $800, was in good shape. Kept it for many years, took me to Baja and several moves. Ok quality, glad I got it used for $800! Probably the most utilitarian topper I've had so far.

    2) GFC V1. I was an early build, so it was not expensive ($5650), comparatively. Good concept, uncomfortable mattress. Bugs would get in through where the tent material was buttoned to the frame. I did some cool camping trips in it -- I got it just before COVID!

    3) (current) Cheap-o ($400) ARE 100. Craigslist find to keep things covered and secured until I figure out what I will decide on for long term.

    4) Whats next? DCU hi-rise? Super Pacific X1? Still considering my options.

Dirtbox Overland Canopy Camper on my tacoma.
I have used it for around 15 nights with my son and we absolutely love it. A bit on the heavier side especially with the accessories I have put on it. But they serve the purpose for our needs.

One of the first Bush Company Shells, ran into light install issues (made a thread on it), but loving it so far. I have several mods planned, starting with lights!
