Like those adds you see on the TV. Every time they have a different phone number and it's only one digit difference, the last one.

It might be the same thing as a SPAM call, they try to get you to say "Yes" so they can say that you agreed to whatever scheme they have going.

 

I know what happened. They must have sent that traffic ticket to building 3. That's why I never got it.
