ARP extended studs (not installed yet), Optima Red Top, Siless Insulation in cab. Diode Dynamics LEDs throughout... More titanium fasteners. K&N intake snorkus delete. Greddy hose clamps throughout. DBA 4000XS Brake Rotors. TRD PRO fogs. Dakine Tail Gate Pad. Body Armor Sliders. Icon Stage 4 Lift. Eibach 1" Lift Blocks. Overland Taylor Tune. Rough Country Spare Tire Bed Mount. 67 Designs stuff on the dash. Uniden Radar Detector Hardwired. Spod Lighting Controls. RC Black Series Bumper Lamps RC Black Series Grill Lamp. Body Armor Stealth Front Bumper. Extended Brake Lines. Greddy Shift Knob. More to come of course.
Bringing this conversation back to life cuz I just bought an ARB kit for the diffs...

Should I get a second for the transfer case(s)? I mean, the rear axle/diff makes sense because of how its vented but, do I need to go full retard and do the transfer cases as well? This truck will see a water crossing once in its life if its lucky. Doing the rear diff for plopping boats into the water and connecting the fronts because of OCD and ADHD...

My buddy put some KO3s on his 2021 Off‑Road and he says they ride smoother and quieter than the KO2s he had before. He's been impressed with their grip and the even wear, so they're definitely on my shortlist for when my tires wear out.

So far so good. I've only run the stock goodyears and 2 sets of Toyo open country at3's. First time running BFG K0 series and I do like them and the look they give on a stock vehicle. They do well off road too.

edit: Surprisingly quiet on the highway.

Only cons would be stiffer sidewall, increased weight, increased stopping distances, lower mpg and slower acceleration, but these are D rated and that was to be expected.

If I ever install the lift I would get these C rated size 285's.

I've been in deep water fording before, water up to the handle and rising, truck was sitting on 39.5" iroks, was lifted 4"+, guy in front of me was stopping or slowing like he was taking pictures I was honking and almost hit the gas to push him through; his truck could have handled it. Yeah I had 4"+ water inside by the other side. End of the trip I drained replaced oil in all difs, all 4 geared hubs, tcase, and probably the trans fluid. This was my lesson on breathers.

Not sure I'll do the same with my tacoma but I noticed there are 4 connections on my breather port and I thought I would use them. One for rear dif and two for tcase. The front dif and transmission is vented at about the battery so I was comfortable with that.

What are you comfortable with? If you drop boats in at ramps now and then may not matter too much, but what if you had to make a field decision to go deeper for any reason, crossing a river, who knows, a rain bomb hits nearby, who knows.

    Really up to you.

That's what I did. Cleaned that dirty tape so well it actually became sticky again. Laid down weather strip glue in a continuous bead 1" from each end onto the tape, then plopped the trim into place. Fits and aligns like new.

MOLLE shelf. Backseat is only used by my dog (as you can tell by all the hair on the seat covers), so no headroom issues. Running out of space behind and underneath seat.

Got mine from Aspire Auto here. Looks like they've went up in price a bit tho. Yes I installed. Its fairly easy to do. Just gotta be careful removing the oem piece, as well as being careful snapping in the new one. All plastic clips, and its all a fairly tight fit. I couldn't get one clip to snap fully (very small gap on one corner, couldn't hardly tell) but had grille out again recently and fidgeted and coerced it in. So normal shenanigans with aftermarket stuff. But it's great! Could be worse tbh. I'm happy with it!
I was gonna go with a unique name or design but couldn't think of anything. Ha. Plan to order another one when I come up with a unique name for her, then sell the tacoma one.

Tacoclout used to sell them too but they've disappeared from their site (had more font styles to choose from).. Found em here on Etsy tho. Now with limited font styles.
*(Both Aspire and Etsy ones you can also email them a custom design.)*

Different grille style here from cutting edge offroad. Not a fan of this one myself. Custom designs too. But they won't do trademarks.

Then there's on Facebook. But idk how i feel about fb purchases. Seems legit tho.. Was considering some custom headlight kidneys from him. If you view his marketplace profile he's got a ton of stuff. Use search bar with '16-23' and you'll find our stuff easier.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
In that case, a rear seat delete would be right up your alley!

Transfer case and actuator are vented up under the hood. Check the hose to your actuator...fairly often, they split and fall off of the actuator. If this happens, just driving in rain can allow moisture inside causing corrosion/eventually destroying the actuator.

Made it to 225K. 2017. Only had the rear main seal replaced @ 158K. Still on OG shocks. The rear drums are about to get replaced at 225K. Been good to me.

Lexus has really nice interiors and stitching. I wish they kept the v6 though.

Installed my 6112's set at 9/11, JBA Upper control arms, Diff drop and Sway bar drop today. Tomorrow i'll tackle the rear leaf's and hope i can get it done early enough to get to an alignment shop since most seem to be closed sundays. What a difference between the stock 4600's and the 6112's

Sorry, should have put that in the post. All-Pro brand. Easy install. Has room on top to use as a shelf too. I stick crushable stuff up there. I've tried the backseat after install, and it's actually in front of the the headroom space so I don't bump my head.
