    It's a 95-97, or 01?
I guess it doesn't matter much anyway since you'll still be on Wyoming so I'm right beck where I started.

There were pretty obvious golf cart tracks going around the gate.

    Well that's BS.

Not much up east boulder river
Few things but mostly the mine.

Towards me over by nye there is some good stuff. Iron mountain and chrome mountain.

    The cuts hit hard.

Still i swear they had reopened it unless some new damage. Sucks. Hopefully reopens.

I was eyeing those on the map the other day, so you can take the trail from west of Nye all the way over to essentially above the Boulder on Chrome mountain?

Anyone looking forward to hunting season? Can't believe it's August already.

Got out and did a little scouting and to see how the new to me tacoma did with the stock suspension and loaded with gear. Not bad.

Exactly. This is chrome looking SW over the Boulder river valley. The upper branches of the stillwater were pretty sweet too.

I think your pin is almost exactly where I took this pic from.

Excellent, added to list. Looking at the map some more, I didn't realize the Stillwater started in the valley behind Lulu pass at Lake Lack of Abundance lol.

    Yeeeep!

I know my dad has a tag.

Yeah its easy driving but fun and beautiful. Iron mountain and chrome are cool. Active mine site on chrome so parts might be blocked off here and there. But you can drive a lot back there.

Also yes, Lake abundance is kind of the head waters. Actually the creek you cross to get the lake is technically the Stillwater ha the head water is right there at Daisy pass basically. Pretty cool. You can also walk all the way from there to the road at the mine. Its like 23-26 miles. Although Im not sure if the trail is fully good after the crazy floods. Washed a lot of bridged away.

Might show up in Lander next weekend so you can see it in person. :p

Gonna be in the vicinity, and I see it's the bike fest, so debating on grabbing a ticket and getting a couple Sinks laps in Saturday.

Oooo nice, unfortunately I am headed to Maine next weekend for a funeral so I will not be around. Leave Thursday be back following Tuesday. But you are welcome at the house if you need to make any repairs for anything while you are here. Mrs and the kids are staying behind.
