    One of the buildings we were working under hooking up a sump pump, on the way out Cole said look at that spider.

    Also look at the mold on the OSB, the entire underneath was like that from the flood.

    The mold was pleasant compared to the last one we worked on.

    This was by far the nastiest house I've ever been in. The cat with kittens in the floor is how we walked in. Ripped all the floor out which was covered in cat pee and poop. Gutted the bathroom that didn't have water with you know what in the toilet.

    Water heater hadn't been hooked up in over a year, dryer wasn't vented....at all. Was just blowing behind the dryer. Washing machine wasn't hooked up.

    It was a single wide mobile home with 6 people living in the other half.

    We ran new water lines to the washer and water heater, cleaned and vented the dryer, redid the floor, under pinned the whole thing, removed the other toilet to try and find the spoon grandma flushed accidentally, and some other stuff.
