    This and that
Once, my daughter got out of the car in the garage. She pushed one door into the other car, she was young, I told her, hey stop pushing, it’s not gonna open more. Then I told her she can and will dent it. I guess she didn’t believe me, but then I showed her the mark. It was a dent. I don’t think she knew how strong she actually was. I still love her, she is starting to learn how to drive, she wants to learn manual so I told her she can use my truck to learn. If she wrecks the clutch and tranny, it gives me a reason to get the 4th gen trans in there. Think I’ll start her in 2lo for an intro.

Yep, I think if you're considering it, do it. And depending on budget, id consider getting rid of that whole setup, ditching the blocks and getting a proper upgrade. Ome has some GREAT leafs and will ride soooo much better than that. I've had the ome dakars on my 1st gen and they were awesome. Just did the same with my new to me 3G recently. One of the best upgrades you can do to the suspension imo.

    Edit:
might hold out for black friday tho. There's usually great deals on most suspension parts, anywhere you shop.

Yeah I was “blessed” with a 3/2 spacer lift from the first owner of my truck. Currently looking at some 5100s for the truck all around so I have a proper lift. I’ll have to check out OME but I’ve heard good things about them.

Does the front trd skid plate need to come off for a front end alignment???

Just bought this truck used, new to me, not sure if plate needs to be removed, slapped on new tires last week, got on the highway for the first time yesterday, truck has the smallest of pulls to the right

Not at all. A slight pull could be an easy DIY or a short time at the alignment.

I know some vehicle maintenance, but when it comes to an alignment, I'll pay the bill to get it done, that's something I'm not familiar with, Thx for skid plate info

If it didn't pull before the new tires were installed, then you might want to cross rotate your front tires to see if the pull stops or pulls the other way, if it does then you have a radial pull and that needs to be addressed before chasing a pull after the alignment was done...

    Alignment is highly recommended btw...

The tires before were the stock Goodyear A/Ts that it came with and were due for a change, the truck had a small pull to the right, after getting the new tires, I've been city driving, yesterday I got on the highway and the pull was not very serious, I could hold the steering wheel with a finger, when I got the new tires, the same wheels went on the same location, I'll try swapping front tires and see, if not, I'll head to a shop that works great with stock or lifted Yotas

Honestly they look like perfectly fine Tacoma leafs. They don't really have any arch built into them and ride very flat. But if you want new leafs then go for it.

Also did my own take on the Condensate Drain Line Mod. Two barbs and about 6" of hose. I hate worm clamps.

Damn all the stuff in that wheel well I’m suprised you don’t have the ark splash guards. Sure does look purdy, I bet it rides nice.
