Thank you. With that knowledge, I put the washers on the UCAs on the correct way today. 20250805_175425.jpg

Don’t forget about the door cards. Serious gains to be made here.

Did you just say “fuck the vapor barrier”? I didn’t see a reason why not but never spent much time on the idea knowing I’m liable to do something stupid.

Impressive work. My project just got put on pause so will have 1-2 weeks off so might be taking the doors off again—plenty of kilmat to go around.

How heavy are those doors now?

Drain and fill of Auto Transmission. The heat of the day made getting it in temp check mode a pain.

Had to wait until after sunset. But she drives well now, will just monitor it over the next few days. Old fluid on the right of the paper towel.

No idea when it last got changed.

Yeah it wasn’t doing much in the first place. But I’ll be installing some solid HDPE panels with some rivnuts over the openings to get better midbass response. They will act as the barriers, but really most moisture and stuff will get in through the window seals anyways.

And the doors are noticeably heavier but I like it. Feels more solid like the doors in newer cars.
