I did this in my '25 TRD OR Premium and I couldn't tell the difference either. I ran noise canceling off for a while and turned it back on. Tried it with the original BFG's and with Ridge Grapplers I just put on. I concure that the '25 cab is quieter than my '23 TRD OR premium(with
Dynamat in doors and back of cab). '23 wasn't bad at all but the '25 is quieter.

Thanks for the data point and other baseline information.
I assume that "Premium" means that you have the JBL sound system with the removable center speaker in your 2025.

    These aren’t available yet… you need a non-hybrid tester?

Upgraded the stock (framed) auto-dimming mirror with an Advent "ADVGENFLCHLN" frameless mirror with garage door (homelink) buttons. Took about 5 minutes. Super easy install because it uses the same wiring harness/plug as the stock Toyota mirror. Advent is the OEM for many Toyota rearview mirrors.

The mirror area is slightly larger than stock (which has always seemed a bit small to me) so that was appreciated. Plus it's frameless so it looks "modern" I guess?

Added mud guards. Have a tri fold bed cover, a bed mat and vent shades to do yet.

Finally got the cross bin for my Diamondback installed today.. I put on two coats of bed liner to keep the noise down then put some indoor outdoor carpet down on the inside. Nice and quiet now
