HAHAH idk if I need to go this hard but I appreciate the suggestion.

I'm more of a trial and error guy

Maybe if I take this course I can get my tacoma classed and drive it underwater

I took an refresher welding class at a local high school, just because, they were all flux core back shielded welding. In San Diego where I live there are naval/private boat repair facilities and they sponsor the classes. You take the class and learn the basics and you can be certified in basic horizontal and verticle welding. You apply to be a welder and within a few years you are a journeyman welder. https://www.ziprecruiter.com/Jobs/Nassco-Welding/-in-San-Diego,CA

You are 18 years old, you have limited options due to education and you are not sure what you want to do.
While this isnt great money wise, it is a job with benefits a 401(k) and you dont have to serve french fries.

I 100% agree. If I could go back in time I would definitely entered a trade. You typically don't go into debt and within a few years you start making good money.

And I'm good with my hands....unfortunately I'm already a part of the corporate machine :(
