Just replace the water with dill pickle juice in any common glaze recipe. I start with 1:1 liquid to brown sugar and reduce it.

Turned out delicious! I was thinking… what do I get on all of my fried chicken sandwiches??

We often brine our chicken in pickle juice, just haven't used it in a glaze before.

I believe that Chik-Fil-A brines their chicken in pickle juice as well.

It's been proven they don't brine in pickle juice, they use a salt/sugar/msg brine. My b-i-l also told me this as he worked there through HS and College.
