    so theres no aftermarket trans drain and check plugs?

    i found this check plug , its a mystery what the thread pitch is because I'd like one that doesn't use the 5mm hex. one post said its the same as the drain but the dealer said its not. i'll have to tske both plugs out and see if they really are interchangeable or not. https://www.ebay.com/itm/196683532425

    Should both be the same M10x1.5 size, just different heads on them.

    i wonder why anyone uses that 5mm hex check plug at all. ill get a new drain plug before the next fluid change. one with a magnet would probably be a good idea, thanks
