A few clicks or eating the dash? Answer, eating the dash. I bought the truck, know what I'm talking about. Why try to gas light me?

LED Bed lights, gas cap holder, MA1 W/ 90 degree connector, Drop Step Running Boards, Console Tray (Red Trim), Cup Holder Insert Kit (Red Trim), Head Rest Hooks, LED interior lights, Dog Hammock, rear door protectors, LED reverse lights (now VTAILs), black tailgate inserts, blackout badging, color matched glovebox letter inserts, VTAILS, H9 low beams, LED tag lights, bed mat, tailgate mat, Tri-fold soft Tonneau cover, Pro grill (OEM), AVS In-Channel Rain Guards (smoke),
I also have a dog hammock but for me I found it was a bit of a pain when I needed to put someone back there, or if I needed to get to something under the seat(s) in storage... So now I have all 4 headrest straps strapped to the front seat headrest to keep the fur and feet off the back of the front seats and make it a little harder for the doggies to get up front, and the back seats folded down, much easier so far and it gives the dogs even more room than having the seats up...

One is not right vs wrong, just what I found works best for me in my situation...

A few clicks, both front seats are even, I WILL be glad to take pictures for you if you are that untrusting... Nowhere near eating the dash...

I too own a 3rd gen Tacoma and have posted many pictures on here incase you again are untrusting of people in open forums.. Again, I will post pics for you if you would like.. Heck, a while back a member on was having issues with his VTAILs and I took mine apart to show him how the wiring was ran, I DON'T gas light anyone ever, I simply try to help anyone in need when able and give my opinion on things as I see them... Most on here complain about the back seats as you do, but I have never had an issue with the back seats with mine, I keep the front seat back enough that I can easily reach over and grab the seat belt and the back seat still hits the back of the front seat when raising/lowering it... I was surprised as well the 1st time he sat back there, I even asked him a few times was he sure he didn't want to ride up front...

So, don't get all bent out of shape because someone has an opinion other than yours, there's an old saying, if everyone was the same the world would be a boring place...

I’m about to schedule mine, my doors not peeling…yet.

but my bed and front fenders are, I was under the presumption they’d pant the whole truck.

It’ll all start peeling at some point. How was the process and quality?

Some rando throws two freebies a week in my driveway. I use them to light the charcoal chimney.

isn’t that standard operating procedure. Especially in the north. Buy all the Black Friday stuff as temps drop and snow flies.

Yep that's when I do my big purchases. And what im waiting on for that other "stuff" I mentioned. Ha. Basically all my overland stuff i wanna get now like rtt, bed rack, decked system, power station+solar, and a front bumper come this black friday. Then find the time to install all that!

Biggest thing holding me back lately regarding aforementioned stuff, is my cmr. Wanna get that done first, then install lca's and liners, wheels and tires last.. Roof rack has been waiting bc I plan to get the whole truck ceramic coated and tinted, and possibly a wrap or ppf on top to help protect from the az sun. Because for me its the opposite, lately its been peaking around 120° here. Another reason I ain't installed anything else. Too freakin hot rn. :bananadead:

I know about parts sitting around. I had my OEM LED's sitting around for well over a year before I installed them. My speakers have been sitting for a few months and I finally finished them up today.

So I have a Kenwood DMX1037S in my dash, but I was just running the OEM speakers (meh). Installed upgrades today:

    Dash tweeters: Kicker 51KST2504

    Front Door 6x9s: Kicker 51KSC69304

    Rear Door 6 3/4: Kicker 51KSC6704

Just driven by the KENWOOD amp, but a big upgrade, things sound much cleaner when they were very "muddy" before.

Oh yeah, I also sound deadened the doors too. Man, talk about night and day. Thats probably a bigger upgrade that the speakers! Resonix for the win.

Yep another upgrade i need to do on the list. Im finally sick and tired of the oem crap. Had a decent setup with a sub in my 1st gen. I miss the bumps terribly. I've had my eye on a Maui sounds setup for a while now.

Looks good. But I want ALLLL the bass.
I got a 12 i could transfer from my 1st gen.. I may settle for that for now. Not ready to go all out on audio stuff just yet. But I do like that its a full package. Not a practiced/experienced audiophile, but could probly piece together something for cheaper. I just don't want to. Ha.

Nice work. Finally. Hehe, jk. I got a box of that sound-deadening stuff in my shed now, probably for a couple years. I hope, one day.....

I bet that sound system is off the hook with those speakers.

I know about parts sitting around. Bought a security system in 2020, installed it last couple of weeks. Took 4 solid days, and a few days of tweaks here and there.

And to keep this post on topic, I got one of those auxilary interior outlet 110v converter plug-n-play sets sitting on my desk now for 1+ years, just waiting for me.

    :facepalm::crazy:
