How many of you have done this? Did you like the change? Regret it? I'm currently using an iPhone 4 but am thinking of buying the new htc sensation on release. Looking for feedback to know if I'll regret this or not. Thanks.

    Do eeeiiiittt!!!

My wife currently has a 3GS, but is likely going to switch to Android when she comes up for an upgrade.

I have a Captivate (Galaxy S), but have pre-ordered an international unlocked Galaxy S II from the UK, which'll work on AT&T's bands but not be dependent on AT&T for firmware! HA!

I went from android to iPhone and i'll never look back. i dont like the android OS compared to iOS. Its like comparing ford to ferrari. one performs ok, and the other is flawless.

iOS is a band wagon imo. apple has by far the best music devices but I think the iphone is a tad overrated. there are several android phones that do things just as well or better than the iphone.

Not trying to say that the iphone isnt a great phone...

thats funny. after having in depth experience with both. For me android was terrible. maybe i got a bad one out of the bunch. But, slow scrolling, force closes all the time, not responsive.....idk. IMO apple has hammered down iOS way more the Android. i feel like once android fixes a lot of their bugs, then they will be a strong competitor. Until then i'll stick to iOS.

It also depends on what you have at home. iPhones obviously, sync up with apple products better, i.e. mobile me, iTunes, etc. It all depends i guess.

The android is a battery hog if you like using apps. Iphone 4 should last 2-4 days of heavy use, lucky to last a whole day with android in my experience.

I love my android, black market apps make it better. I have a LG phone, i get about a full days worth of battery life with medium to heavy use.

Yeah I use my iPhone 4 a fair bit and I barely make it through a work day (leave home at 6 am, home again at 6:30 pm). Luckily I work out of a truck so I can leave it plugged in all day. Don't really think an android phone can be much worse. They're all bad. It's the big screens and processors.

My wife has the iPhone 4 and I have an Android (motorola atrix). They're both about the same for battery life.

LOL, mostly just go by Micron!

I have the 32GB model pre-ordered... Along with the 32GB Class 10 memory card I've currently got in my Cappy, it'll give me enough storage to completely stop carrying around my iPod! :yay:

Once it arrives, I'm going to relegate my Cappy to a Wireless AP using my aircard's SIM. I've begun working on a completely stripped down custom ROM that will provide the absolute bare essentials for what I need!

But for now, I'm running the Perception II (2.3.3) ROM w/ Talon 0.1.2 kernel... mmmmmmmmm!

ive played with the IPhones and have to say their a little better then a stock Android. I have a droid incredible rooted on the FusionIce rom and have to say it stomps the iphone now. So if your gunna do the switch, root your android phone and put on a custom ROM and you will be one happy person.
