    Hi Everyone,

I just purchased my first Tacoma. It is a 2011 Pyrite Mica regular cab 4X2 2.7 5 spd. I have only driven it about 70 miles, but so far I love it. I will post pics later on. I purchased it new. Traded my 04 Subaru WRX wagon in towards it. I needed the truck for hauling things and doing work/renovation around the house. Also with the price of gas it is nice to be able to run regular, Subie was premium only. Even though I do miss the power and handling of the WRX the Taco is going to be a much more practical vehicle. I am glad I found this forum. Seems like lots of great peeps, and plenty of info.

Welcome! i Just traded off my 07' Impreza for my 11' DC Taco. love it sofar but i sure hope the mpg's get better soon. these things are ferocious on fuel when brand new.
This is a terrible site to look around on if u were planing on keeping your truck stock what so ever!

Thanks For the Welcome. I have found quite the opposite regarding fuel mileage. I just got 27.9 MPG on my second tank, which is better then my Subaru was (25 MPG). Hopefully as it breaks in it will only get better.
