thanks for getting these! Looking at the forth picture of Pat cutting that stick it was definitely long enough to poke up that high between the bed and the fender.

Now off to help my dad with a flooded basement......

Surprisingly ours was spared. It's too bad cause she was hoarding a couple things I did want gone years ago.....

The 4” of rain we got here normally would have been a big deal, but it was nothing compared to what the Milwaukee area got. Living where I live, I have plenty of experience with flooding. My heart goes out to everyone that’s being affected by this.

Yeah, I can’t like that. Seeing the photos and videos is heartbreaking.

On a lighter note, I don't quite recall the conversation that was going on over drinks last night, but I was strongly reminded of the show Drunk History as the conversation went on and we had a fun discussion about that show. Some funny stuff with really good production quality, and you might just learn something.

Anyway, for the uninitiated, search the YouTubes or go on Paramount+ or Hulu (I think) for full episodes. I started watching a few tonight and I'm cracking up over here.

    Here's one I just watched: https://youtu.be/2sif5RI8XBU?si=vV37gK7tLKXnV7H6

Jack Black really got into his roles on the show: https://youtu.be/lKrQSoykvBY?si=RCSxPEIuY9I1Je1N

Hoping you guys got it under control with minimal damage!

I did some running around after I got home today and saw a lot of standing water in some areas in people's yards and just along the side of the road. And, here it's storming again.o_O

Seeing the pictures and videos around Milwaukee this morning, it looks like it was absolutely devastating for some people.:(

I had a bit of an interesting drive into work this morning. Trying to get across the Root River and both 60th between county line and Oakwood was closed as was along the I94 frontage road.

For now my standalone t-satellite will be sufficient. Most likely will be switching over to T-Mobile anyway which will simplify things further

Hey, I just got a call from the Tigeton Office.

She was asking if anyone found a laptop in our area, in a campsite or on the road.

Apparently someone lost one. Let me know if anyone found one.
