All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
So I definitely know that I will be noticed less, but where I live I am the only one on the road for 8-10miles at a time. This is gonna be my grocery getter :)

Know a guy out there in CO doing their series now.
Easy then. Thatd be my biggest worry on the road. Things are so quiet and people dont pay shit for attention already

Man I got cleared about by a 17yr old girl driving a Tahoe once. She was looking right at me and cut in front of me on. Country hwy.
I missed impacting the side of her by inches. I drive off the road and up and embankment…the kid punches the gas and hits me 15’ in a ditch.
When it comes to any type of riding, you must always scan for the best way out. This plays out in my head every 5seconds of riding…it’s a constant thing I am looking for…a way out.
That wreck almost killed me, cut the GSA1200 in half. While making noise helps some, it’s nothing to bet on.

I will say that all the time I spend in the woods helped me have no problem existing the pavement in a ditch at 60mph

Absolutely. I always know where traffic is around me car or bike. Just a general thought about the oblivious public

rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.

Woods riding is equal to "unusual attitude" training for pilots!

Just thought I'd follow up on resolution to my buddy's latest KTM issue.

When it died a couple miles from home, he figured it was the crank position sensor. It had gone out a year or so before and he replaced it, and that morning it had thrown that code. He cleared it, to see if it would come back. Then it died shortly after.

He ordered the part and went to install it, which requires pulling the split tank. Each tank has a petcock at the bottom. Apparently when he last worked on the bike, he had only opened one of the two. He simply ran it out of gas

Either way, I think he's still shopping for his next bike, lol.
