    Must be delicate to cook without over cooking the seafood. Do you pre/parcook the potato, corn and sausage?

    Best homemade burgers ever

    1 Patty
    1 Bun
    Cook burger to desired liking
    Spread Philadelphia Cream Cheese Jalapeño spread on top of patty
    Add a few Red onion slivers
    1 slice American cheese
    1 slice Pepper Jack cheese
    Melt the cheese

    add
    Ketchup dribble
    BBQ sauce dribble

    and serve.

    Absolutely mouth watering. If I had no self-control, I could three or four of these. But at age 45, it's more difficult for the pounds to come off.
