    Intermittent wipers…so far
    02 taco 2.4 base I cannot find the fuel filter. It’s not anywhere near the drivers side door underneath or anywhere along the lines running under there. I know I’m old but damn I’m not blind.

    Yeah, it's a pain to get to. I was trying to find you a diagram, but the FSM seemingly ignores the fuel filter altogether. Only reference I found for the 2/3RZ-FE was the torque spec:
