I hope you aren't forcing the probes into the terminals, you will spread them if you do and they will no longer make a good connection.

Your on continuity/diode, ohms is the next section.

You did it half way correct.
The first picture (test) is correct.
    Pins 1 &2…

    The second test, was wrong.
    You are on 3 &4
You need to be on pins 1 & 4.

Are you on the sensor closest to the exhaust manifold?
14 ohms is what the heater would read on the downstream O2 Sensor, the upstream AFR sensors should be around 2-4 ohms.

We want to be on these two.

Yea that's why I said they aren't in a fun spot, pass side is probably easier to unplug.

I'd start at the ECM plug.
Then move to that connector if the results show it bad.
But, where already there.....so continue on.

It's slightly out of spec, not by as much as I was expecting though.

I'd really want to check the heater circuit from the ECM with a 1 amp test light to make sure it's good though before replacing the sensor.

Pin 1 and Pin 2 are the heater circuit, they are the White & Red wires on Bank 1 and the White and Black/White wires on Bank 2.

Pin 1 is Grounded by the ECM to turn the heater on and Pin 2 is Power from the AFR Heater Relay.

You would need to make a high current test light and use it on those two pins to do the test I described above to check the heater circuit.

I have many test lights I've made of varying currents from 100mA to 5A using old pigtails, bulbs and banana jacks.

This is my 5 amp one made from a H11 headlight bulb and connector.

Did you check the IGN fuse and orange wire now that it's broken again?
