    Make sure your bulbs are in correctly. I had the same problem when I first did mine. You have to be really careful with the bulbs.

    I would take them out and take your time putting them in. Make sure they are in snug and do not damage the little bar on the bulb. If the bar is not aligned properly you will get that output.

    Pat, looks like maybe (dunno if you can) rotate driver's a few degrees counter clockwise and raise it up just a tad. Also rotate pass a few degrees counter clockwise and it should be gold.
