Good morning guys! Yep, made it through the weekend and right into babysitting. Other grandmother is picking up her shift today luckily.

I’ve got a tree guy coming this morning to give me an estimate on cutting down some trees. I’ve got one oak on the driveway side of the house that got struck by lightening or wind twisted, the top is dying so it needs to go. Also have 2 more in the front yard that need to come out as they are just getting too big and encroaching on the roof. Since they will be here going to have 3 more trimmed back so I don’t have to do it. This is not going to be cheap.

    Have a great Tuesday!

    Good Morning!
It's been a scorcher here all summer; high temps with high humidity.
I replaced the front door speakers on the Tacoma this spring and finally ordered the dash & rear doors. Got them yesterday and installed all but the driver rear door. Hope to finish this morning before work since I'm up early and not sleeping again...

Good morning Michael and Rusty :hattip: I keep thinking about the Subaru tweeters for my truck but I really don’t listen the radio that much when I drive. On long trips I’m usually listening to a podcast or audio book so I dot know if it’s worth the effort.

Our weather had had plenty of hot and humid but we’ve also had more all day or most of the day rains this summer. Not our typical pop up, short lived thunderstorms. It’s been beneficial so I’m not complaining.

In other news, I’m keeping an eye on tropical storm Erin in the Atlantic. Back in 1995 Hurricane Erin made a direct hit on us, first direct hit since 1926. They are forecasting this Erin to go up the east coast but I’m still waiting on the turn to make sure.

It’s not raining today so I’ll be mowing here at the house after I finish this cup of coffee.

    Have a great Thursday!

The Subaru tweeters offer a lot of bang for the buck.
The factory ones sounded lifeless to me. Adding the tweeters brightened things up and moved the sound off the floor.

Sometimes people can lose thier car in a big parking lot, it just the right thing to do to try and help them find it, no matter how long you need to look - on Fanny Friday. :)
