Why tf is renting this hard?! All this BS is supposed to be the appeal over ownership!!

Back when I rented my landlord would let me take any repairs/maintenance out of my rent, no receipts or questions asked… Just appreciated I would handle it over calling a service.

 

Every landlord I'd have the pleasure of dealing with has been a lazy greedy prick, whos entire job is relying on people who actually work to pay for their mortgage and their lifestyle.

Yeah that one con has made it nearly impossible to start Spokanthro again... None of the hotels want to work with us because RF owns the rights to Spokanthro.
