Gotcha, strongholds are lighter and have the triple peak rating both of which appeal to me

It is interesting. I was looking at the strongholds originally. And ended up going with the atp mainly for on road properties. I've towed snowmobiles in the snow with them and they do very good. They are 1.5lb heavier but I feel the tread pattern nets them a better mpg and road noise than the strongholds. Either way I'm sure they're both fantastic tires I just leaned more on road on my purchase this go around.

Amazing review. Thanks for sharing. This should be a Cooper ad. I have Cooper AT3 4S and they have been flawless. Cooper makes really nice tires and are my preferred brand for trucks. Strongholds look tempting but honestly overkill for the light duty driving on gravel roads and occasional dirt and grass I do. If I ever have a reason to buy E loads next I will get these tires though.
