    We typically need to wait until almost October to feel the change.

    Let’s use today(my birthday) as a reminder to take care of ourselves as we “age”. My mom is 64 and had a stroke a couple weeks ago. She’s reasonably healthy but we never know when these things can happen. I am very thankful she recovered and got her speech back after 3 days of confusion. My other half has been doing a lot more mountain biking lately and I’m getting more active with more yardwork and walking the neighborhood most days. Can I just say I hate shoveling rocks and moving them across the yard? The end result will pay off though so it’s all good.
