Its been like that for close to 5 years now. I got outbid on a couple houses to an investor, naturally.

Only reason I snagged my current one is it didn't get to market yet. Friends of my realtor bought it at auction with the intent to rent it out, but the wife put a halt on that. They were going to have my realtor do a market evaluation and was like "hold on, I got somebody" and the rest was history. I had to compromise on some stuff, and the house was very dated, but being closer to work and being able to do whatever TF I want is nice.

EDIT: The AC is now broken, but yanno...

I would hope so. I have a last "Hail Mary" fix with some epoxy so it might set up better (despite being able to set up under water) with it running not so much. Now, my wet attic? Yea, I gotta figure out how to hang the unit and replace all the wood underneath o_O

Unit has to be elevated, probably with ratchet straps tied to the roof and everything underneath slid out. Replace plywood floor and insulation in that area. :spending:

Ain't gonna be very warm today.
Lucky me, cuz I gotta get a ton of pellets today at Tractor Supply.
Actually, I'm gonna need 5 tons to get through the Winter.
    Gotta pace myself :)

Shit, that reminds me I gotta get a tank of oil. :spending:

Guess I better change the filter. Was pretty clean last Fall after only a year, but I'm not stretching it. Did the nozzle last year, so that's good. I could tell the previous owner got it served by the oil company. Nozzle size was way too damn big for the square footage of the house o_O

EDIT: With PA sales tax 1,666.85 :goingcrazy:
