Now that the OP is gone …. I too hate getting in/out of my fucking truck, the rear bumper is useless

 

I got rid of mine cause it was too flimsy. My 4x Innovations one will outlast the truck by decades.

 

I'm suprised I still have one …I thought I had lost my bed step after scraping the rear bumper only to find it wedged between my bumper and the spare. ;-)
The bumper still looks good and is straight but a rear bumper is tops on my list. Oh, and I was able to straighten the bed step out ….so all is still good.

 

Dunno, the only time I touch it is to turn the radio off. Otherwise there are perfectly good buttons on the steering wheel that get the job done.

 

But then how do you turn it on?

I know, that can be a very personal question...
