    It looks to be at the 12 o’clock position.
    I recall adjusting alternator and getting approx half inch slack when pushing on belt. Would adjusting alternator tension shift tensioner position?

    Yes! Crank on the adjust bolt till it’s at 10-11 o’clock,
    At 12 it’s probably slipping,
    It that a new belt? Looks worn but I’m guessing it’s new, hard to tell and came with the supercharger package?You should have a gates belt ,
    A cheaper brand will stretch a lot more, my belt that came with my supercharger was made in china, grrrr, so got a gates belt

    Yeah it's brand new from the kit. I don't recall the brand, but I do recall the brand was reputable.
    This is good news can't wait to get home and tighten the belt. I was really concerned about how the belt looked, and was thinking something could be wrong. I only have maybe ~4-500miles on the SC.

    Do you have the gates PN for this belt size? I can't read the description on it anymore. I want to order one especially since I'm going to baja for a few days next week.

    I was seeing the same thing — about 4lbs at sea level with the 75mm pulley. I thought it should’ve been 5–6 too, but never really got it. I ended up swapping to a 65mm and now it’s around 7lbs, and she rips. My tensioner looks the same way with the paint gone, no big deal there. :thumbsup:

    Swapped in six 310cc injectors instead of running the FMU, Walbro 255 in-tank, and the URD piggyback ECU. Threw in colder plugs too. Tuned it myself and it’s got plenty of fuel overhead. Also tossed in a 3-row all-aluminum radiator just to help keep temps under control. Doesn’t fix heat soak on its own, but it definitely helps the whole setup stay cooler when I’m leaning on it.

    I have a custom pulley made at 56mm so my belt is a different size that would not work for u,
    at 6000 feet I get 9 pounds on a good cool day

    Since you have to pass CA inspections, any aftermarket ECU management is going to be tricky since none will be legal. Some will be easier to hide (or undo) than others.

    I am kinda surprised that the stock pulley on the 1320 seems to only give 4psi at sea level. Thought it would be more.

    I know it was a slippery slope making this supercharger being 30 percent larger and making it work with the stock ECU and stock fuel pump and stock fuel injectors, so I guess it’s possible, they did modify the original snout a few months in to a different style to accommodate a smaller pulley down to 60mm or maybe 58mm from a stock 75mm but only as an aftermarket item

    I too was getting roughly 4-5psi on my 1320 on the stock pulley. It definitely felt more powerful than 4-5psi on the M62.
