Your trolling right? They may be fine but are absolutely not to be trusted. Downsides way outweigh the upsides.

As often as I need to change spark plugs the going rate for OEM plugs seems fine.

A lot of times with AliExpress you don't even get what's pictured. They may have photoshopped a denso box for the listing then will send you whatever cheap Chinese plugs they have on hand.

This seems like a great idea!
just not on my truck. Or any truck that plans to drive more than 10 miles before their next spark plug change.

You want to risk/save $35 on spark plugs? I’ll save money where I can on my truck BUT I wouldn’t put aliexpress plugs in my truck lol.
    Dude come on…..
You can probably find the plugs cheaper from xyz local part store compared to Amazon.

Well. This has been unanimous. And entertaining so far.

Let me be even more candid. I've always said this --> Critically important automotive parts such as coils, fuel injectors, sensors, spark plugs and more should never be sourced from Amazon or fleaBay. I didn't think I needed to include AliExpress - for the love of everyone's and anyone's wallet - because I didn't think anyone actually did that.

Turns out I was wrong. :-(

    ------------

There is a 100.000% certainty those are counterfeit plugs. Go to your local dealership or your local establishment of a national chain of brick-n-mortar auto parts stores. There are only two choices IMHO

    1) Denso plugs from the dealer
    2) NGK Iridium from an auto parts store (which is what I am running)

Best wishes! And good question! While this may not seem apparent right now, trust me (all of us) when I (we) say you just saved yourself hundreds of dollars.

Apparently these are now superseded by 90919-01236...so the new version must be one better I guess?

I agree with everyone else that stock plugs from legit sources is the right way. $3.44/ea online at my personal favorite Lewis Toyota of Topeka online. RockAuto is often competitive but even they jacked up prices to a lofty $5.27/ea for all the big spenders out there.

Times are tough with money and what not but saving ~$15 (which is basically the cost of a cheeseburger nowadays) is not worth grenading your engine with counterfeit plugs.
