    Didn't snag any pictures but last night I was in a comfort food mood. So I made some pasties (did one with only meat for the kid) and before that I made up a batch of copy-cat Mrs. Fields Chocolate Chip Cookies. Was all really good and hit the spot.

    The green sauce is the spicy sauce you get at Peruvian restaurants and the marinade is aji Amarillo with a few more ingredients mixed in

    No, that was out at a Peruvian place… but I do make yucca fries and boiled yucca as well at times.

    Pozole verde w/ hominy again, threw in a chicken breast, was good.

    Plan next time: Fire roast everything and basically make a salsa verde soup out of it instead.

    This was (kinda) my recipe.

    Didn't measure the chicken stock, threw in 3 jalapenos whole (stems cut off), didn't count the tomatillos/care, and I had a ton (because I didn't measure) so I used 3x15oz cans of Hominy instead of 1x29oz, but I drained it. Used a vitamix instead of immersion.
