Another crazy thing is at one time my house was worth $100K more than what I paid for it. Now with market fluctuations that's cooled a little bit, but like WTF

 

That's about where mine is sitting right now (again according to Zillow). Bought for low $300k, estimate is now low/mid $400k, so it's not just $100k, it's also like 30%.

 

That's what my mortgage is for a 3Bed/2Bath on an acre
