Had to set out coon traps again yesterday. They're at it again. I'll get 'em. Haha.. can't ever get them all. Nasty critters... just a big rat.

Did the entire ear for 30 min at 375°, came out great. Going to do it again tonight when i smoke a chicken on the rotisserie. Pic below.

Susan is taking a sabbatical. Most of us, when in her age group, have taken a similar approach.

I have not seen Kurt posting in some time. I hope it does not have something to do with health issues.

Good morning. The only thing left to do for the shed is to cut up the base and the put everything in a bag for removal. It will take 2 of the bagsters for removal.

It is hard to find a contractor to build a 7X7 gravel base for a 6X5 shed and assemble the shed. Not being allowed to kneel is a PITA.

@95SLE Looks great! I'm cooking on an Everdure Cube so I have to turn my corn, I could see with a covered grill maybe not having to do that or maybe a faster roasting time?
    HBCUBEG_L_056__andrewfisher7.jpg

It's sort of the perfect grill for the single schmuck. It def gets style points. I don't have the advantage of covered grilling ever, but for what I make it works and it's super portable.

We are def seeing a little fall creep, some lower temps at night in NC. A little dryer air. Not full on hoody weather yet, but close :)

    Great shot!

Yes some not friendly tones. Hopefully it's simmered down.

    Morning all:

Also missing some of the people that came to join us on the porch and who are no longer posting, always wonder if it's by choice or if something happened to them.

This sounds like torture to me, next time just tell her to make two! :)

He was comfortable and compliant .
With a slew of unripe figs l pulled a bunch of leaves yesterday. Put them in the dehydrator and crunched them this morning. Hopefully more ripen before the season shuts down. There's a whole lot of candy there we'd like to devour.
