From last race, did terribly but pic makes it look like I know what I'm doing.

Really enjoying the switch from the 4t to the 2t though. Wasn't really even exhausted after the race.

Good info, thanks! Will have to check the Kenda's for sizes, can't recall if they had the selection that Shinko did.

Been on the lookout for a set of DS wheels to avoid this type of messing around, nothing in Canada that I can find easily.

How're you liking the Alpinestars helmet? Does it flow / vent decently well in slow speed stuff? Looking at either that or a Leatt for next season.

I like it a lot because 1 it's hella light with the safety features it has and 2 the fit can be really customized with the like top padding that has multiple positions it can be put in. At speed super venty, low speed of course not so much. I would say you def feel airflow above 10 mph though, but no matter what it's soaked in sweat all the time ha.

The only one I am considering to replace it with currently is the 6D ATR-3 because it comes in at a comparable weight with MIPS. A lot of my choice depends on safety and I like the helmets that offer a ton of customization on fit and position since I feel a helmet that fits best protects best.

The Leatt 9.5 looks good too but weird that they include goggles. Makes me wonder how well other goggles fit with it.

TP199 knee pads and the Moose XCR padded jersey. Protects everything I need while staying super vented. I only wear that and a jersey to try to stay as cool as possible.

Also since the next race is back in the rocks I’m gonna be trying a new setup.

    IMG_4878.jpg

The guy I sold my old bike to is selling me back my wheels so this will be my rock setup and what’s on the bike now will be my pines setup.

Just got the official text saying that I have been offered the job. Now I have 72 hours to accept and get everything signed. They do a background check and drug screen. Then after that they will give me a hard start date. Right now it’s a soft date of Sep 8th. I will wait the 72hrs and sign it on Friday morning.
Headed to Spokane today until Thursday with the family to visit my Father in law who was recently diagnosed with cancer. Letting him see the kids before he gets worse. He has a total blockage of the colon and at his age of 87 they won’t do surgery. So I guess he gets a bag and is made comfortable. They are checking to see if it has spread to other parts of his body.

Platinum front, plushie rear, VE33s rear and will be paired with my usual M59 front. Nope on the mousse's so this will be a learning experience for me for both mounting and riding feel. At this point my race season is pretty much over and the only time I get to really ride so I figure why not test shit out. Plus I got a stupid good discount on them.

Woah thats odd. I have a set of IRC GP1 tires with the same tread pattern on my xt225 and there are no cracks like that after 1k miles just normal wear.

That stated I have ran Shinko's on my dirtbike (216MX) on the front for a long time and never had any issues.

Thats the combo ill be running when i change my rear.

Youll like the mousses. I cant go back to tubes.

But the first ride is going to seem very stiff and rough. They need a good break-in ride
