Definitely compensating for a small dick. Probably has a loud exhaust to match. That's definitely an 11/10 asshole.

I'm trying to figure out why the Tequila Police, went with a blue and white chevron strip when the rest of the graphics on that car are blue and yellow? Could be a very good reason but it's not cohesive.

In general I don't let this and much out of my control bother me. There are exceptions such as it impacting the parking spots for disabled/handicapped.

In volunteering to help some people who honestly need their permits and special places or don't have it, I've taken the time to call parking enforcement or non-emergency police. If I can drop off a person and pick them up with ease I'll spare those spots for someone else. If there are no good alternatives I'll hang their tags and use the special spaces. Especially when someone is frail, in surgery recovery or cancer treatments who can't be alone too long if alternatives are really difficult.

The loss prevention & security staff in our enterprise (chain of grocery stores) have data to support most vehicles like that and some particular brand/model combos in general are operated by ass clowns, and their poor behavior behind the wheel correlating to poor behavior incidents inside the stores.

And for the @TomHGZ and possibly @Barsoom....

All the incidents that were a theft, damage to property, involved law enforcement, plus some that could haunt later had to be logged.

One take away was you should worry about some "normal" looking people more than some negative stereotypes. Yes the Dodge Charger but beware of fake blond women in Suburbans and more recently those full-sized Jeep SUVs. Small weenie type Dodge and GM pickups often stood out against F150s, and a lot of BMWs could behave poorly. Newer versions of Model 3 and Model Y Teslas vs earlier Tesla owners started standing out as poorly behaved in parking lots. A lot who made gun threats or pulled them out were who many stereotype as criminals. A lot of people seem to hold a lot of anger and do regrettable behavior.

Fortunately, for all that risk, we had few horrible incidents in my 25 years. I was not in loss prevention but it was my job to enforce or audit compliance, and be the person when there was a legal matter or legal discovery process. My department was responsible for the technology so lots of interaction with the loss prevention and management staff who used it.

Though a c suite job, projects and tasks meant WAY more time in grocery stores plus their parking lots than most.

Who behaved really poorly was often tied to unfortunate situations so let's not take too much humor in it. Still, I definitely stay away from some vehicles and some sorts of people as a matter of sanity and safety. It's not easy but we should all work to be happy and healthy.

    :)
