    49 here in Michigan this morning. High will be 71. Temps have really cooled off, I like this weather. Looks like we are going to have an early fall this year. That's fine with me. Not a huge fan of winter Temps but I do love spring and fall. It's the single digits and teens I don't care for.

    I use Everyday Dose mushroom coffee for over a year now :notsure:
    I also take garlic , lots of premium fish oil ,magnesium, not sure if that has anything to do with low PSA . I think the trick is to flush that prostate out as much as you can . :anonymous: :rofl:

    I’m every 10 years for colonoscopy but annual for prostate exam now because my brother had prostate cancer .
