The ride into the office was hilarious this morning. Fine the first few miles then got super foggy. Had to stop and get gas. I pulled over and already looked liked I peed my pants from the fog. Laughing my azz off I’m sure people thought I was weird, a few at work laughed too lol.

I mean i live in the appalachians, and probably the most densely forested part of it. So to be fair you do kinda need high beams anytime you're not on the highway, but there's just a shitton of old guys riding around on brand new harleys that leave their highbeams on and don't seem to understand that their lights put out as much as any car these days and that they're in fact blinding oncoming drivers to the point that they're less visible now. Just an astounding lack of awareness imo since it's an obvious issue like every third motorcycle you pass after like 5pm

I'll take too much light over not enough! Moved to a rural mountain community last year and the number of idiots who don't use their lights in the early morning or twilight hours is ridiculous. And don't get me started on foggy, misty, or snowy conditions! Or how many punks have their hoodies pulled up to decrease their peripheral vision! Or how difficult it is to stay on the correct side of the road because... muh phone... :annoyed::rofl:

I get what you're saying but i'm on the opposite side of that one tbh. Wack how many people pull out in front of even my truck on a cloudy morning cause i have the marker lights on but not my low beams. It's yall that need to pay closer attention or get glasses in that case. Heavy fog is one thing, but heart to heart, if seeing other cars in light rain or overcast mornings comes down to whether their head lights are on or not - it's YOU that's the danger on the road

Vehicle color matters! Grey or black with no lights in low light conditions? White vehicle in fog or snow? Marker lights, aka parking lights, are for parking... but I guess if that's all you can do, it is better than none at all! :D

Turn your damn lights on in inclement weather, no matter what you are driving. The point is to be seen by others.

Hell, I pulled out last in front of what I thought was an electric stand up scooter last night that was looked further away than it was. Come to find out.. jack ass only has one fog light on the front of his car with no running lights, and no taillights as he goes around me. Who’s the dummy now, me or him. I voted him out of pure stupidity.

I dunno, I kinda like my vehicles so it's lights on for me, be as visible as I can be. As a retired truck driver I've seen to much on the road. Improperly aimed lights are as bad as no lights. You can say people need to pay attention, and your right, but you can be right and still have a smashed up vehicle.
    Turn your damn lights on!
    It cost you nothing.

Right now, I've been back on the gun kick. I'm looking at the Holoson EPS carry in FDE for my new peanut butter Glock  Also been watching/reading about the PSA 15rd slimline mags for my 43x and 48's.

I bought a Panzer BP12 on impulse one day. It's been dead nuts reliable even with bird shot. I read reviews that it liked to jam with light loads until broken in.....but this one ate everything from bird to slug. My buddy had it propped on something and shot it. It broke the little finger part on the forward grip.....so I need to buy a new Magpul one :D
That Swampfox isn't mounted anymore. I just had it laying around and wanted to see what it looked like :D
