Yeah it's just way more convenient.

I loved how my FIL would always smoke all his meats, but he also had like 3-4 smokers, multiple grills, and a big ass griddle.

Just need to see about @FLBAdrian making me one of those wood stands for an ice chest.

Yeah I love my treager but it’s definitely no replacement for a grill. So I just keep a small charcoal one as well.
My dad has had propane ones for ever and it’s definitely a lot easier. Just set and forget. Don’t gotta worry about starting the fire and waiting for the heat to get right air constantly messing with the coal to stay even

Camping is so much easier to use wood/charcoal.

Just leave it in the burn pit, throw water in it and mix it up and done. Definitely don't want to deal with that at home especially in a small backyard covered patio.

I need to install my speakers on the exterior wall, throw up my amp, and it's mostly done back there :bananadance:

I been thinking about putting a tv in the back yard just not sure how an where I’ll put it. Because I don’t want to move the smoke, I installed the outlet right next to it lol

After deciding on the whole grill and patio set thing, I made myself move away from the pond idea. Having a TV sounds cool, but the 3 of us listen to music more than we bother with watching TV lol.

Instead I'm hoping to get planter boxes (filled with cement) with 4" x 4" posts sticking up and create a large shaded area for the artificial grass; more for Theo to play in than anything else.

I just hate that the studs are offset slightly different on each side of my patio door as I was going to use those for mounting my speakers. The left side of the patio door immediately turns back and runs down the side of the house whereas the right side extends out another +40'.

woke up to some dude absolutely pounding on the door and ringing the bell nonstop.

grab my hoodie and the grip, go to open the door to the most stereotypical pnw hipster i could have envisioned

guess he left his phone in ash car last night and tracked it here instead of coordinating through the uber app. hes being kind of accusatory like it was intentional she didnt find it and return it proactively…

i grab her keys and start digging through all the front seats and carpets and im not seeing it. i ask where he was sitting and he was like “oh yeah, third row”. its sitting right there lol :homer: yeeep she was totally planning on stealing that
