I have a 2004 Tacoma and i have the tvs1320 supercharger with the 7th injector kit and a 70mm pulley. I loved the jump in power from stock pulley to 70mm but wasn’t sure if i could go farther. Has anyone run the 7th injector and nothing else with a 65mm at sea level?

I would suggest against using a 65mm pulley with the URD 7th injector, as the stock ECU will always counteract any an adjustment made in closed loop operation to maintain 14.7 AFR.

Unfortunately, the URD 7th falls short when it comes to addressing this part of the problem in supercharged 5VZs. I’d recommend saving for a standalone ECU if that is a possibility.

got it, would switching out my injectors help or not really until i get a standalone? Sounds like it’s sort of at its limit right?

It’s not the injectors, it’s the stock ECUs programmed operation in closed loop that will counteract any fuel added to maintain a set AFR.

If a standalone is off the table, I would go with methanol injection. I ran the URD 7th injector for many years and when comparing my buddy’s truck with methanol injection, it ran much better than mine with the URD 7th injector.

meth is energy drink lol. Water help cool the intake temp and meth burns cooler, lowering egt.

I’m running both URD 7th injector and meth.
