Could be worse. If you were in California you’d be paying around $5 a gallon for 87 octane. But if I had a car like your Camaro the joy of driving that bad boy would more than make for the cost of the gas.

Evening Folks relaxing hopefully on this Labor Day.

Who you calling a Rabble Rouser Dave...I gave that up 3 years ago. Now I'm just a rabble, my rouser got up and went :rofl:
Thanks for posting the pictures. Always nice to see what is still out there.

:annoyed: Three weeks is a long time to be running the Camaro Chuck. Hope they can sneak it in sooner for you.

Have a good rest of the weekend folks. I just got back from upstate and it was a beautiful weekend :fistbump:

Didn't have much of a chance to be a hippie. Got out of high school, worked for a year and put my time in with Uncle Sam for 4 years. My last 6 months before I got out I had sea duty and every time I saw my division officer he told me I needed a haircut...Yes Sir I will (not) one haircut in 6 months :D. I was married with my first kid so I could let the hair grow and a Fu Mancho mustache but that is as close as I could get to the world of Hippie-ism. But that was many years ago.

I did that just this morning, the bathroom, stood there for a minute, got the urge to pee, then thought to myself, this has to be the reason I came in here.

I will have to see about no discount on lumber. HD applies my discount in my cart. Going to purchase the shed today. It is in the cart with discounts applied. Lumber for the foundation base will be bought separately most likely at Lowe's.

Good morning. Contractor is out between 8 and 10 to give me a cost to build the base and assemble the shed.

The old shed is removed and in the bag. Now we wait for Waste Management to come and pick up the bags. Wife and son did all the work. I did pound nails flat.

    Morning all:

I was going to apply for the Veterans discount at Lowes, from what I'm seeing it doesn't include lumber which is what I would want it mainly for. :notsure:
I had posted quite a while back that Lowes was WAY more expensive than a local lumber yard by hundreds on a Sterling 2000 shower stall, even with a 10% discount it still would have been hundreds more

After reading and seeing how old your WD 40 is I found my,spray can mixed in with all my stuff. I have had this can ( and it still sprays) since my service days. It has to be 54 or 55 years old.20250902_111721.jpg 20250902_111736.jpg
