You'd need something a little larger than an old electric kitchen oven to be able to powder coat those but other small things you could! You already have power in the garage and I'm sure FB or similar could provide the oven cheap.

Edit: Followed up on this in your manufacturing thread

My friend and I bought an old commercial stainless fridge (big and tall) and we gutted it. Put in nice hangers and shelves and such. They we got the kit needed to make it into an over for powder coating. I built all that, we ordered some heaters and got it all in place. He's been using that puppy for 4-5 years now with 0 issues.

Whenever I get a chance it's how I do my corn. I soak the corn in husks in water for a while. Comes out great.

This one is usually a team effort. I man the grill and she blends up the sauce. According to my partner in crime, she throws in the whole bunch of Cilantro and the whole bunch of Green Onion. You can make it spicy or less spicy by adding or removing Jalapeños from the recipe. We like a kick, but not a kick in the groin. We typically do 3 Jalapeños. You can always fine tune it by deseeding them too.

Speaking of grills, any thoughts on a Blackstone as compared to a regular grill?

Not a replacement imo. Unless you like to do stir fries smash burgers or cook flap jacks outside…It’s the latest Facebook craze for the last couple 3 years and I’m not sold.

My wife wants one. I'm not sold either. We have a griddle insert on our stove inside we don't use, why would we want one outside, too? I could see it if we were using it camping or with an RV or something, but for home use, nah, I'm good.

I've debated on getting one to replace my gas grill when the guts rot out for a 4th time. I really only use it for burgers, dogs and the finishing sear on stuff I cooked low and indirect on the charcoal grill. I'm not sure if it would be better or worse but it would be nice to avoid flareups from the greasy Costco frozen burgers over open flame.
