Most cheap headlight housing have poor light output I found. Like it scatters the light and looks uneven or dim

Going a kettle bit crazy this morning... finally trying to put my sequoia axle together, but need to replace a stud on the pinion(companion?) flange... they seem to be m12x1.0 which i cannot find anywheres.
    Anyone have an idea?

My pinion flange just has the regular M11 holes no studs.

I have the damper flange, not sure if it's special/different but hopefully it keeps 3rd gear alive longer...20250903_070357.jpg

and the shouldered flange bolts are available from TG and probably others…

i have had some coarse thread metric bolts holding that all together on the tcase side for 6 years so idk that it really matters as long as they’re graded correctly and torqued sufficiently

I would personally just rip that off and put on a regular multi drilled flange, that thing is literally just there for NVH on the 2wd version of that big ugly SUV

Are the holes in his driveshaft flange even the same spacing and large enough... it's a weird specialty piece and IMO pointless to keep on hand waiting until it fucks you out of reach of obscure parts.

well, on the diff side there looks to be enough meat to drill it to whatever pattern is required to match what the drive shaft side of the flange is

whether its worth doing is debatable and i agree on the latter :notsure:
