    "premium" means nothing. Even garbage parts claim to be "premium"

    Get OEM if you want the best life. Especially Ball joints and TREs. Those are particularly difficult to make.

    It depends on how much premium they put in to it.
    If they put a lot of premium in it, they will last a lot of miles.
    If they put a little bit of premium in it, not too many.

    If you have to tell me it's a premium part, it's probably not a premium part.

    If it’s a true quality part, it would be advertised as premium.

    Sankei 555 if OEM prices are too steep.

    A Premium appears to be an aftermarket parts reseller, not a brand or manufacturer itself. They also don't appear to list outer tie rods at all, and the only ball joints they list are for a 5 lug truck- which, the reviews on their own website state are poorly made or don't even fit... soooooo that would be a pass from me. You truly get what you pay for when it comes to most of these parts.
