Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Yeah, but I have my bed in there and would be packed for Bayfield, assuming...

Maybe I can make a quick rack, like a bike rack for my hitch...

If you leave the tailgate down you can fit three across.

So here's some good advice, to give you some more monies to spend on bad advice:

A few years ago I was getting real tired of shelling out $100+ per month for my cell phone plan on Verizon (which I've been with since 2011) so switched over to visible (which is a subsidiary of Verizon and operates on Verizon towers). I've now been there almost 2 years and have no complaints and have had zero change in coverage. The only difference I've noticed is I've saved $50+ per month on my bill.

Just switched my family over today and it cut their bill in half.

$25/$35/$45 all in per line depending on what you want. I'm on the $45/line for the international coverage and smartwatch but my parents are on the $25/line cuz they dont need any of the extras. It's also worth noting that you can switch any time.

Right now they have a promo for $6 off per month for 12 months which is also stackable with the $20 referral discount (mine is 3PVTMDT - case sensitive). If you have a few other family members or friends, you can also setup inner circle which gives everyone a $5/month discount.

Everything is done through the app and it's pretty quick and easy. I've done it for 4 lines now and it's 10-30 minutes per line depending on how fast you get through the wizard.

    https://www.visible.com/

Just figured I'd share since its worked really well for me and most people I've talked to haven't ever heard of it. Thats part of why it's so much cheaper, no money spent on ads, no physical stores and all support is done through the app.

Doesn't everyone warn against putting these things on the top notch or top clip or whatever it is?

That's all I needed to hear.

I'm currently paying 45/mo. through Spectrum.
It's great in town, with the exception of their 5G making my 5G phone slower than 3G.
Out of town is hit or miss.Screenshot_20250905_024401_Visible.jpgI was surprised how easy it was to find the port-out pin on Spectrum's app.

I thought finding that pin would be like trying to cancel subscriptions.
*4 pages and several links after the actual cancel button hiding real small in some random spot.

Yeah the whole process is really easy and the wizard makes it pretty foolproof. I think the hardest part is just making sure to put in the promo and referral codes. Once you get through all the initial setup, the actual porting of your number only takes a minute or two until your phone is ready to go again if you are using an eSIM (otherwise you have to wait for a physical sim in the mail and it ports when you activate it)

    I chose the physical SIM.

I have 4 usernames and passwords on my Spectrum acct.. Trying to remember both for my admin. acct., so I could make the changes, was the hardest part for me. lol

Tinkerer's Adventure does a great vid about sway bars and suspension height.

    Basically

A stock Toyota. Up your tire size by one inch, switch to ATs, drop your front sway bar.

You can now keep up with 99% of everything that is off road.

What... and miss ALL the fun of being lifted on 35s? I wouldn't trade the last three years or so for anything. Well, okay. There might be a few things. But the joy I get from my truck, working on my truck, breaking (??!!!!??) my truck cannot be easily replicated. All of this just for 35s. Cannot wait for the mayhem of 37s!

I got 40k on my 1st set of stock Wranglers.
If I get the same out of the current yoko's, that's 25k miles away.

Gives me time to save and learn about new gears. I was going over different options at ECGS yesterday.

Would it be a good to get the regear out of the way, whether going to 33 or 35's?

regearing is easy, go with 5.29 in the auto.

also you can just order the complete third / clamshell to DIY the swap. given you did the transfer case, I think you can manage this swap too and save some dollars.
