I have a sharpener. But they do offer sharpening services and I've read the service is usually quick.

Love those Swiss Army knives. I’ve carried various pocket knives since I was 8 years old. I usually carry two and one is always a Swiss army. Here’s an example of when my Swiss Army knife saved the day. On a deer hunting trip we were going to grill some backstrap of a deer I harvested that day. I had brought along a fine bottle of Cabernet to have with the venison. Problem was no one had a cork screw. To the rescue my Swiss Army knife which had a cork screw. The day was saved. My Swiss Army knives have saved the day in different ways lots of times.

The Swiss Army Knife is made the same way today as it was back in the day. Some new tools or poly scales. I have a couple of the newer ones, like the trailfinder.

Great for everyday use and easy to carry.

I have used a 1.5 in blade older style for well over a decade (20 years maybe?) ... scissors and small knife ... fingernail emory board is much used. Sadly it is getting gummed up a little and I may need to replace with new one with a cheaper spring-loaded scissors instead of the lever-action scissors.

I was a good friend of the original distributor of Microtech knives. I got to meet Tony and see his original shop in Vero Beach Florida. Although that pick of the Halo was not me I did get to handle one....awesome piece. I don't know if he still makes those HALO's as they were at the time(early 90's)about $5000.

Turns out I wasn’t done buying when I caught the American Blade Works Slipjoint drop. This thing is so good; I’d recommend snagging one if you can.
